What’s your sickness policy?
If your child is unwell, we ask you to consider whether they are well enough to attend.
For example, if your child has needed Calpol regularly over the past 24 hours to control a temperature, we ask that they stay at home until they are well enough to manage without it. If your child has sickness or diarrhoea, they must stay away for 48 hours after the last episode. For antibiotics, your child must remain at home for at least 24 hours after the first dose, in case of an allergic reaction.
We can administer prescribed medication at nursery, but we must see the prescription label and original packaging.
What’s your notice period?
We require 4 weeks’ notice if you plan to leave the nursery or make any permanent changes to your child’s sessions.
This is to align with our monthly invoicing schedule.
Can we swap sessions?
We do not offer session swaps.
However, additional (ad hoc) sessions can be booked if there is availability in your child’s room.
If we go on holiday, do we still have to pay?
Yes, all booked sessions remain chargeable even if your child is away on holiday.
