The Pre-School children also bake bread, biscuits and cakes in their own nursery kitchen. They also use vegetables to make scrumptious soup.
We understand the importance a healthy, balanced diet for every child, ensuring that where possible our meals meet the Red Tractor food standards so all our Day Nursery and Pre-School children are guaranteed balanced and nutritious meals.
Our Menus roll over a 3 week period and copies can be obtained from your Nursery team to help you plan meals for your child at home.
Please note that all children who attend Mead Open Farm Day Nursery & Pre-School will receive a hot meal for lunch and a cold meal for evening dinner.
